Licensed and vetted drivers
Every X Line Cars driver holds a private hire driver's licence, which requires an enhanced DBS background check and a medical, and we re-check documents periodically.
Vehicles you can trust
Every vehicle is licensed, inspected and kept within age limits. Vehicles are fully insured and professionally maintained before they're put on the road.
Every journey recorded
Every booking is recorded, linking passenger, driver, vehicle and route. Support is available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp if you need anything during your journey.
Before you travel
- Your driver's name, vehicle and registration are sent to you before pickup, so you know who's arriving.
- Before getting in, check that the driver's name and the car's make, model, colour and registration match the details we sent you.
- You can forward those details to a trusted contact so they know who to expect too.
